I, like so many others, was consumed by my eating disorder for decades. I tried every treatment option available and yet, nothing ever stuck. I ended up as one of those revolving door patients who was constantly in and out of treatment but never able to make any real progress. Relapse was always imminent upon discharge. It took most of my life to realize that the reason I wasn’t healing wasn’t for lack of trying but because I didn’t know what it was that I was supposed to be healing from. The eating disorder itself is not the thing you need to heal from, it’s the reasons why you developed it in the first place. Most people don’t actually know why that is; even if they think they do, they likely don’t have the whole picture.That’s where I come in, I use a combination of the wisdom and knowledge I’ve gained from my lived experience and healing myself, along with my spiritual gifts to help you pinpoint the things you actually need to be focusing on in therapy in order to truly heal. I know what it’s like to feel like there’s no hope left, but I promise you there is, you just need to take a chance on yourself. I believe in you, so why don’t you?

I am not usually a person that leaves reviews. I absolutely had to leave this one.

I've always believed in "more" we all have different words for what that may be. Spirits, demons, God or God's etc.

No matter what you believe in, Alicia was (and is) an absolutely beautiful soul and wonderful person.

I have never had a reading before as I am skeptical of others and their intentions but a good friend of mine recommended Alicia and I am so glad I reached out. Her compassion and love for what she does shines through the moment that you connect with her. She absolutely was in tune with my energy and knew things that no one could possibly know (not even the best friend or my husband for that matter) without a connection to spirit of some kind etc.

It was deeply personal for me and so beautiful. I was able to get some clarity and some closure. I'm crying as I type this, not because I am sad. In fact the opposite. I've felt so much relief since my session.

I can not wait to connect with Alicia again. I have so much more I'd like to explore. I can not recommend her enough. Not only is she amazingly gifted and talented she is again just such a beautiful and calming presence. I had a session with Alicia, and it was hours long. The way she is so invested in your spiritual side of life, is unmatched. I have had many readings, and she does a great job. I can go on and on about her accuracy and while that is spot on, her passion is what sets her apart.

I have been feeling stuck, some trauma that I thought I had dealt with and placed back squarely in a box resurfaced for me this weekend, along with a general lack of joy in life.
